Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for exchange or store credit.
Unsatisfied with Your Purchase?
If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return items within 30 days of purchase or receiving your package for an exchange or store credit. You must provide your Receipt/Order#. Please ensure the items are:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Have their original tags
- In "sellable condition"
If your item meets the above requirements, you can request a return through our self-serve return portal by logging into your customer account. Customers will be responsible for purchasing and providing their own return shipping label.
If your return is accepted, you will receive an email notification as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You must provide the Order Number for a return. Please note, gift cards and sale/clearance items are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
CUSTOMER INITIATED RETURNS
If you are returning an item for a reason not due to our error, you are responsible for shipping the items back to us at:

We do not provide return labels for such returns.
Inside your return package, please include a note with your NAME and ORDER #.
DID WE MAKE A MISTAKE?
Please fill out a contact form on our website with information regarding your order and the error made. In order to receive efficient customer support, please only submit ONE contact form. We will respond to your request within 2-3 business days.
If we made an error with your order, we will:
- Refund your original form of payment
- OR
- Provide a return label in order to get you the correct item or a replacement item
EXCHANGES
- Exchanges must be for items of equal or lesser value and in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags).
- If there's a price difference for the exchanged item, you will be charged or refunded the difference.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
REFUNDS
If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us using our contact form.
