Whole Heart Wellness for Women

The morning sun is gone and the winds of change are coming through!  Love spring!

Spring is that time of  year, when one day the grass is brown and the next it is green and filled with life!

Spring is that time of year, when the air is chilled and the next day it is warm and welcoming!

Spring is the time of year to see, feel and hear the newness that is all around us and embrace the living of life.

In talking with a friend the other day, she reminded me that many women wait in life for that which is already here.

In this woman’s life she has been exposed to many pains.  She mourns the lose of friends and loved ones everyday, wishing only to see them again.  In her heartache she has given up on the life that is in front of her.

She wants to be well, but waits, for she has lost the desire to be motivated.

She wants to be well, but waits, for she has let the food that she eats and the lack of movement control her life.

She wants to be well, but waits, for she has disconnected herself from others and their support.

She wants to be well, but waits, for she makes her life too busy to see herself.

She wants to be well, but waits, for she can not receive the love she wishes as she has closed her heart in fear of pain.

Women often find themselves longing for spring, a new awakening to life. Today is the day, to stop the waiting and live!

This longing becomes a reality when one takes the focus off the outside self and brings that focus into the center of self in whole heart wellness.

Our heart is a muscle working everyday to sustain life.  Knowing our heart begins with what we put into our body, how we move our body, and when  we rest.  Knowing our heart continues as we discover how we love, how we give and how we open to receive in return.

Today, open yourself to Whole Heart Wellness, bring your focus to your center, acknowledging who you are today and your desire to “spring” into living life well.
