“To do” list!

I make “to do” lists!  Some are in my head and others I write down on paper.  They are usually very ordinary: cleaning, fixing, appointments, due dates, etc.

Today I am going to change my “to do” list into a “to be” list!

1. Go to the grocery store: becomes “be mindful of the food choices I make”

2. Finish the painting: becomes “be present to painting and enjoy the process”

3. Make a doctor appt: becomes “be active in your health”

 

Today, change your “to do” list!  BE MINDFUL, BE PRESENT, BE ACTIVE!

Instead of just checking off the list: Live life well by BEING AN ACTIVE PART OF LIVING!
