Our lives are filled with important events, people, sayings, meetings, stories, etc.
So, what is it that makes ordinary, everyday things, become important?
Our hearts! Our heart/soul/inner self is a part of our whole self.
When it is open to being true:
It becomes the love behind our words.
It becomes the compassion behind our actions.
It becomes the calm behind our thoughts.
To open our hearts of importance and become these everyday life events we must begin to explore our true self to love, compassion and calm.
We are tempted to hide when our true selves bring us pain, or fear or grief.
We are tempted to hide when our true selves bring us hate, or loathing or contempt.
We are tempted to hide when our true selves bring us anxiety, or chaos or overwhelmed.
Yet it is exploring and releasing these hurts that will allow us to take our everyday events and transform them into important events for ourselves and others, with love, compassion and calm.
When we experience events with our true hearts, each event is the heart of importance to us as we hold it close or share it with others.
