Live Life Well, LLC offers a variety of wellness services to help you achieve balance and whole wellness. Read about each service to determine what is right for you.
Live Life Well offers wellness coaching in independent sessions. If you’re looking for a personal and motivation, one-on-one wellness coaching is for you.
We will sit down together and chat. You share anything you’d like to improve or eliminate from your life. Are you overly stressed and need to achieve a better work/life balance? Would you like to improve your nutrition to lower your health risks? You share your needs and challenges.
Next, we set goals — both long-term and short-term —and ways to celebrate your achievements. As we set the goals, we’ll tap into my countless tools and resources to help you achieve them. I will help you assess your readiness to change, build responsibility and increase self-accountability, while educating and empowering you to become your best self. Teaming up with a wellness coach puts you on the path to success.
“I highly recommend Karen’s wellness programs. From the moment she opens her mouth, you know she cares about you and you finding who you are and helping you to whole body wellness. She is a gift from the heavens.” D.
Offering a wellness facilitator to your business or group retreat brings an opportunity for creativity to flow. Sometimes you just need to get away from the rigor and distractions of everyday life to focus on you. My wellness retreat facilitation offers a temporary escape and a safe haven for self-discovery. Topics vary seasonally, but all focus on whole wellness. Facilitation can involve any of the following: guided imagery and mediation, journaling, relaxation and education.
“The wellness program was a wonderful introduction to making healthy changes in life.” D.
“Karen offers an amazing retreat to take time for yourself. She offers us a great venue that is so comfortable and calming. The Clifton Institute is amazing. Through guided imagery and meditation, you allow yourself to rest and be refreshed. It is so important to schedule ‘me’ time!” D.
Meditation is popping up everywhere, from health clubs to corporate America. There’s good reason for this, as regular practice can lower blood pressure, reduce stress levels, help manage pain and improve overall physical and mental health. I offer classes in meditation to help you learn the practice and ways to easily incorporate meditation into your life.
“The meditation class offered by Karen is just what I needed to start my journey of happiness and wellness. Karen made it her priority to relate to each one of us in the class and invest herself into helping us learn ways to reflect, relax and breathe.” J.
